科學家研製出新型智慧化奈米探針

研發安全有效的腫瘤靶向治療的奈米探針是一項極具挑戰性的任務。最近,上海交通大學崔大祥教授研究組與任秋實教授研究組和安徽醫科大學張學軍教授研究組共同研發出一種生物相容性好、靶向性好、生物安全性高的智慧化的奈米探針。
 
研究組採用樹形分子取代金奈米棒表面毒性分子CTAB,顯著提高了金奈米棒的生物相容性,並將RGD多肽與樹形分子表面基團偶聯,成功構建一種新型的靶向性奈米探針。實驗表明,這種新穎的智慧化奈米探針能準確識別活體腫瘤細胞與腫瘤中的新生血管內皮細胞,在近紅外雷射照射下,能選擇性殺死腫瘤細胞,顯著延長荷瘤小鼠的生存期。這種智慧化的奈米探針在未來的腫瘤早期探測,分子影像與靶向治療方面具有潛在的應用價值。
